Commercial Credit Corp. was created specifically to provide hard money loans. Our President, Joe Khoshabe, has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial lending business. Prior to joining Commercial Credit Corp. he was head of the 15th largest mortgage banking company in the nation. He has also served as a bank director. Khoshabe has experience in all aspects of commercial lending, including:
